Single Layer LDPE Blown Film Machine

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to have better personal protection, and make better hygiene in the different sectors of the industry, the workers wear the disposable gloves and protective suits in the factory.

The protective suit is made of LDPE material with mono layer blown film machine.

Normally protective suits are made from recycled material, therefore we would recommend to use Bimetallic screw (SKD61, extra hard) + Bimetallic barrel (SCM440, extra hard) for extending the lifetime.

✏ Suitable material: LDPE / LDPE+LLDPE / Filtered material

✏ Film width: 800 ~ 1350mm

✏ Film thickness: 0.02 ~ 0.20mm (depends on the used material)

✏ Max extrusion output: 140 kg/hr

✏ Film capacity: 60 ~ 130 kg/hr (depends on material & specification)
