Gap Winding

It’s equipped with an automatic mechanical arm for assisting changing the roll, and also for moving the finished roll to the end of winder, so the workers don’t need to lift the finish roll up and down. The automatic mechanical arm will be hidden on the top of winder, so the exterior of gap winder is simple and clean.

As the mechanical arm is synchronized with the accelerate system for preparation roll and also there is a positioner will complete the further procession automatically; this system can reduce physical work and simplify the production operation.
